EP TimeTrax MTC is a web-based time and attendance tool that conveniently captures production crew members’ work hours. Crew members can submit in and out times daily via the web or their iOS device, and their designated supervisors/department heads can approve those times digitally. Times captured via EP TimeTrax MTC are then electronically sent to EP’s hours to gross application, Timetrax HTG for calculation and management of the crew timecard by the payroll accountant. These crew times electronically populate daily time sheets, weekly time cards and the daily labor hot cost report.

The department head or designated approver may also create a daily time sheet on behalf of a department of crew members to be approved digitally by those employees on their iOS device or via the web. This digital workflow offers crew members a historical record of their daily in/out/meal times. This daily time capture and approval process offers a more accurate record of daily labor costs and minimizes the discrepancies found in today’s manual workflow.
